PHY GET DRAIN EXIST

Determine if a drain with the given ID number exists.

Return Integer=PHY GET DRAIN EXIST(ID)
  Parameters 
ID
Integer
identification number of the drain object

  Returns

a value of 1 is returned if the drain exists, a value of 0 is returned if the drain does not exist
